ANDYU gallery hoodie “Happy new year”

ANDYU has always been inspired by art, and this hoodie embodies that spirit by collaborating with Japanese calligraphy artist Chez. Featuring the Chinese characters “富” (Prosperity) and “貴” (Wealth), the design blends traditional symbolism with the smooth, rounded strokes of Japanese calligraphy, creating a harmonious fusion of tradition and modern art. The hoodie incorporates a clever twist: when the hood is worn down, the characters appear upright as “富貴” (Prosperity and Wealth); when the hood is worn up, it transforms into the festive blessing “富貴到” (Prosperity Arrives). This unique design captures ANDYU’s heartfelt wishes for the holiday season while reinterpreting cultural creativity.

Crafted from 100% cotton, the hoodie uses 380g fabric, 40% heavier than standard 280g options, and is treated with a “super soft wash” process for exceptional comfort. The cuffs and hem feature high-density ribbing, ensuring durability and resistance to deformation. The ANDYU gallery logo is embroidered on the cuff, blending style and quality seamlessly.

For the first time, the chest logo employs a flocking process, offering a refined, textured finish for a subtle yet luxurious visual effect.

The hood is thoughtfully designed with premium details: thick cotton drawstrings and embroidered eyelets, replacing traditional metal ones for enhanced durability and aesthetic appeal.
